It doesn't need a remaster.
For a company that refuses to give us a sequel, they really keep investing a lot into this game. Kinda makes the lack of a sequel that much more aggravating.

Days Gone remastered, AND with another several hours of further plot development taking Deek, Sarah and Boozer out into further new territory, now that would easily make me part with my money. A straight graphical polish? Nah. It's fine enough graphically as it is – it's all about the story, the characters and the missions for me; more of THAT, and I'm in. Deffo.

I'll take a remastered game anytime & hopefully they'll listen to the fans & give us sequels. I've been playing the game twice every year since it's release.
If they made a sequel, I think it would easily do as least twice as well in sales as Days Gone 1. And it would sell this lousy remaster. Announce a sequel already! lol

I'd repurchase a remaster. Especially if they also let me skip the Sara sequences. And remove molasses mode where Deacon only walks super slow, usually with Sara. Best game ever but there are some annoying bits. How about an extended mag for the Rock Chuck? That'd be cool. There are some simple updates that would really help.
Why? It doesn't need remastering. Just release a sequel instead. We need Days Gone 2!!!
