I love to think that undertale character popping out in this news letter is like a few years after frisk doing true pacifist run ,i mean its kind of rare seeing the human character in news letter and the first they do is to play with snow😅😅,kind of cute tho

Since it might not be that well known: Elnina is one of the two weather darkners teased for chapter 3. Seeing that it's chapter 4 dialogue, she will be in both (maybe just recruited into castle town, though).
Also for what it's worth the Japanese translation shows that dialogue 1, 2, and 5 are definitely in the Dark World, dialogue 4 is in the Light world and dialogue 3 could be in either.
some things I noticed in the Japanese translation, with my basic knowledge of Japanese.
the "cheering up" line mentions Ralsei, who I presume is trying to cheer up Susie by spweaking wike twis.
the "to by" lines, which are a reference to "to be"(as is obvious), are spelled roughly the same. so it's to by as in Toby Fox probably.
Elnina in Japanese says "月がきれいですね", which literally means "the moon is pretty" but is in fact used as a way to say "I like you"(specifically the romantic meaning). so yes, it's a pick up line. that said, the quotation marks in the Japanese make me think Elnina is just reading it from a note or something.
Will you make a prediction video or a post or something for chapters 3 and 4? I know lots of theory ytubers are doing that, but it's always nice to hear your perspective on things as well, because you usually think of the craziest stuff
