It took me 12 years to realize that there is a way to kill any NPC right in front of the guards without any consequences. To do this trick, go to Solstheim. Then head to White Ridge Barrow, located in the north of the island. Once there, kill all the albino spiders on your way and collect their damaged albino spider pods. After clearing the dungeon, you will find an imbuing chamber at the end. To use it, you will need the damaged albino spider pods you collected, as well as precious gems like rubies, sapphires, amethysts, and emeralds. Place them in the imbuing chamber.

The last one you will break quests if you sequence break through. Just don't talk to anyone involved in the main Mage quest and you'll probably be fine.

I found that there's a way to get into the college via using the fact that you're Dragonborne. It might only be an interaction during the quest to find the elder scroll.
To get through a locked gate you need Shadowmere. Summon the horse while stood close to the gate then if it is trapped in the gate you simple mount and then dismount Shadowmere and you should be inside the gate.
I mean tbh if I were a staff member at a magic school and I saw somebody bypass the gate in that EXACT MANNER, I would totally count that as a passing grade.
For the college you don't even need any magic yourself. Just use a scroll and it counts for the quest

You can also just use the back entrance of midden by spamming jump to enter the college.

Taking alchemy ingredients to turn your bones soft only to violently flail through the door imo is a valid trial to enter the college
My preferred exploit is to go to the college without knowing magic and the gatekeeper just gives you the spell you need to enter. Running off to Winterhold right in the beginning helps getting spells in the early game when they actually do something to the low level enemies, and you have higher chance of getting your hands on enchantments like muffle and waterbreathing which can get hard to find once you get to higher level and the low level enchantments no longer appear in drop table.
you can also bypass the college by slamming your face into a wooden plate or jumping on a bucket with a handle and holding e to use grab mode

You can also enter the college with just a wooden plate. Just hold it up against the door and walk into it to eventually phase through it.
You can also shout in front of the lady at the college and she'll let you in based on you being dragon born.
There is another way to get inside the College of Winterhold without passing the test.
Parkour your way to the back exit from the Midden and enter through it.
Then just walk up through the Midden into the College.
Unfortunately, getting in without passing the test prevents you from doing the questline until you do pass the test.
the easiest way to glitch through gates like the winterhold gate is to hold a big basket and whirlwind into it against the gate
