Today we journey through Drangliec once-more to see if it’s possible to one-or two-shot every boss, miniboss, and NPC in the game. DS2 is known for it’s chunky Health Bars and relatively lower damage boosting gear, so this one’s a toughie!

Man, I watched JK Leeds video and I was thinking “I wonder if Trevthedev could use his knowledge of this stuff to do some of these bosses”.
just about to start a Ds2 playthrough… perfect timing ❤️ love u king always do whatchu do
JK Leeds watching this video: "Oh fuck, I could have gotten a second Grand Lance and powerstanced them".
Im so confused about your argument to kill the pursuer with the ballistas even though you know you can one shot it.. In a one shot video, dont you think people want to see the one shots?
For DS3 it’d be awesome if you do a one-shot optimization video like with your dps videos alongside the challenge. That’d be very interesting to see
Is this schoolar of the first sin?
nah this aint it. you lost me at cheat engine. boring
Lets gooooo. This series is so hype. Hope they all do it with all of the Souls games besides Sekiro
What if an enemy takes some environmental damage and is then 1 shot? I'm pretty sure you can get covetous demon to poison itself by crashing into the jars around the arena, then you could 1-shot whatever is left no problemo.
BTW 6:14 that slab is a guaranteed drop, from the crystal lizard.
You can buff both weapons by infusing the left weapon, and using the catalyst in the right hand. Buff left weapon and use the buffing consumables to buff the uninfused weapon in main hand. Resins cannot be applied to infused weapons, but uninfused weapons with innate element should be strong with a resin. Power stancing chime hammers is my favorite setup in any dark souls game.
I saw you using this type of setup, but it wasn't really explained mid run.
Loved watching how your run went! If I may make a little suggestion – it's usually not a problem to have extremely quiet or non-existent music in videos, but the several minutes of near-silence around 46 minute mark made me feel worried the video had stopped or was buffering or something.
I know adding music to videos is fraught choices on YT, but video game music is generally a very safe bet to avoid copyright. The Majula Theme for example, is good for any video about Dark Souls, especially DS2!
Nice work, cheers from Germany
Great vid
Excited to see you in the contest this time you've really risen to prominence since the first one started
I am SO excited to see the slow trickle of videos dropping of people doing this challenge
yeees the saga continues! (also first video of yours I watch)
If you fight Sir Alonne and get him to 20% without taking damage, does that final part count as environmental?
Don't you hate it when you accidentally murder an npc in one shot?
while watching a challenge run it’s strange to hear someone casually talk. usually it’s someone spewing puns every other minute like fucking projectile diarrhea from their mouth
why is ballista a point loss? you pressed it twice to kill him. that’s a two shot no?
I still don't entirely understand how the smelter demon pickaxe combo does so much damage, incredibly impressive find.
ggs, and nice run!
First time I see you on the algorithm, great video!
great shit keep it up in whatever you do
I like when all my prefered challenge runners decide to do contest. I'm always surprise how 1 simple question can give so much different approach
playing thru ds2 again at the moment love your ds vids good stuff trev
This contest should be named "can you two shot every ds2 boss" like JK atempt, theres little to no boss who can trully be one shoted even with max upgraded weapons, its ridiculous, but of course its the games fault, awesome run anyway
I love the community that has formed through the last contest and is being reinforced here. This run is awesome. Good job, TrevTheDev!!
I feel like darksouls 2 is a lot more about killing bosses quickly rather than 1 shotting. Maybe in the future a challenge where killing a boss in under say 10 seconds would be equated to a 1 shot would work a lot better?
42:45 please explain which if you know, i would love to hear that (factors for engraved gauntlet crits)
From what i know the best build choice would be to get 99 in faith and int, and try and get climax early by killing darklurker regularly to be able to 1 shot more bosses.
I love that Lemon has become almost the patron of the dark souls challenge community. I’ve never heard of your channel before this, and you can be sure I’ll be watching every video on it after this one!
Also, you’ve never cheesed the dragon rider?! I’ve never fought the one naturally 😂
It's dark souls 2 so it's only fitting to two shot everything
I hate it when I’m right
34:17 chicken wings lmao
I love how the pickaxe came into play. Was not expecting to see it used at all in this challenge
The thing about Mohg and Titchy Gren sharing a voice actor is true btw. Con O’Neill voiced both characters. He’s been in a bunch of stuff, including Chernobyl. Amazing run!
If you are trapped in Lemon's basement blink twice and smile
i learned the thing about the pigaxe and that you can kill executionor chariot without the gate thing, how is it that after 400 hours of playing the game and watching many videos on it I still learn new things??
The pickaxe has to be the most underrated weapon in this game. It's extremely hard to use, but if you can pull it off, it does some of the most damage I've ever seen in this game. I feel like in ds2 especially, some of the better weapons are harder to use, large weapons aren't bad, they just require higher skill from the player
18:13 that's some illusory wall level of information wtf
Nobody tried the helix halberd… I heard it was able to dish some serious high counter damage, when dealing both a counter hit and hitting with the sweetspot
I love your diablo ds1 mod it's super fun, also nice job on the video!
