KonoSuba game has finally come to the smartphone!
First impression: Game certainly looks fairly polished. Live2D animations are beautiful and come to life, Tenchan and Rieris’ voiceovers are amazing as always.
Battle is kinda like ATB system seen in FF series, with cooldown timer for actions. You can freely choose the timing to cast your skills; immediately when they’re off CD or delay them for strategical purposes.
Graphics are on the good side, especially the sprites being highly detailed and animated (especially Aqua’s shocked expression and Megumin’s weakened expression are so precious lol), something that is quite scarce in Japan-made mobages. Music is also done pretty well and doesn’t sound deadpan as per so many shovelware mobages seen recently.
The game also has skip tickets which I feel is a must for mobage nowadays (because let’s be honest, nobody needs to sit through auto animations for the quadrillionth time grinding for mats, it’s not fun or engaging in any sort, your time is better saved for real endgame contents).
Overall if you’re a KonoSuba fan you’ll probably love this instalment. Fans of JRPGs can also try it out, and the relatively generous 4% SSR rate for a Japanese mobage is good news for gacha addicts.
Looking forward to the official release, as there seems to be some unironed out bugs still present in this CBT release 😉

There are a lot of turn-base strategy anime mobage might similar to this game ( And it looks Princess Connect + Kirara Fantasia for me). But because WE like to challenge the Konosuba's RNG. Tons of players are going to participate in Gacha Hell.
