Some details you might’ve missed in Cod WWII. A game that has been requested for me to make a video on so here you are, enjoy 😀

  1. Another hidden detail is on the m1 grand that Daniel’s uses there’s a reference to sledgehammer games. 3 historical inaccuracies I seen in the first mission are 1 the drivers were mainly Royal Marines. 2 when the driver ask for a light there was no smoking signs on the landing craft due to fire regulations.3 the flame flower can only fire 7 seconds of fuel in reality but you can fire more in game. I know of i other historical inaccuracy on the missions

  2. In my opinion, Call Of Duty WWII had the best WWII Campaign in Call Of Duty. It may be just my opinion.

  3. I genuinely enjoyed COD 2(005) WAY more that this game like it's so unbearably mid it's unplayable more than once

  4. Disclaimer: Spoilers (seriously)

In the multiplayer map, Aachen and Operation Husky are the only maps (that I know) features the Panzer 3 (which has the side skirts and short barrel).

In the campaign version of Aachen (Collateral Damage), when you switch to Perez, you can briefly see the top view of your Sherman which shows a long barrel 76mm, but in Perez’s view, it’s strangely a shorter barrel, more similar to the 105mm Howitzer version or 75mm.

The MG42 is the only gun that Turner can’t replenish, along with Flamethrowers. (Sad, but would be too OP, especially in Veteran)

In the Maringy mission, you can kill the driver of the enemy jeep with your sniper, thus causing him to crash (look towards the road to your left in the church, when a squad mate points out German reinforcements. I think it happens after killing the snipers).

In this same mission, if you go out of the map (possible without cheats), you can actually use the German flak truck beside the leftmost buildings (near a cafe). I don’t know why it’s here, considering that it’s not the same flak cannon that shoots at you (it’s the one your allies destroy after you leave the church). If you want to prolong your out of map experience, don’t throw the flare grenade as it’ll end your fun time. The enemies spawn infinitely anyways and you can use the guns they drop after you die.
If you want to do this glitch, watch Exploit Theories vid on it, there’s more glitches they’ve done like this and they all work

In Hill 400 mission, when entering the abandoned bunker (after meeting up with Turner), there is a health pack and grenade box inside (there’s no weapons inside).

If you save the downed soldier in the sniper section, he will thank you after saving him. This is different as other NPC’s only thank you upon saving them, but the soldier thanks you again. (Yes, I did try to protect him throughout the entire level)

The prevalence of soviet weapons are accurate. During the battle of Stalingrad, both Russian and German soldiers used captured weapons, there was even a program where captured PPSH smg’s were going to be fitted with Parabellum rounds from the MP40, unfortunately there is way too many of them, SVT-40 ammo would basically be non-existent in this area, and no Gewehrs are ever seen despite there being a model of it in the Multiplayer (why)

In the Battle of the Bulge mission, you can see frozen German corpses near and around the barn. You can also hear a conversation between a few soldiers talking about how ”Smoking will kill you faster than a bullet”, while it is true that the effects of smoking were being discovered in the 40’s, they were mostly silenced by cigarette companies.

Before meeting with Howard, you can throw smoke grenades inside the tent and make an interesting cutscene. (DONT THROW FRAG GRENADES, IT WILL KILL HOWARD)

During Liberation, when Crowley hands over his fake ID, the model for yours is reused. Failing to answer the guard’s questions in the beginning, Crowley will tell them to stop and you can proceed, however failing to do so in other sections will result in a mission failed screen. Resistance members can be seen in the upper floors of buildings, throwing Molotovs, when you play as Daniels.Fischer’s voice will mysteriously change when freeing him, and the guard will just yap the same things over and over again.

In the beginning cutscene (where Daniels introduces his squad in the ship), Stiles (I think, I don’t remember) plays Five Finger Fillet, where the knife weirdly goes through his hand.

If you use Pierson’s ability when there are no enemies, he will scold you.

Disclaimer: Some of these facts (especially the one about smoking) may not be true or a lack of memory on my part. Do not take them for fact immediately. Apologies in advance if you were mislead by them.

  5. I'm not German so I won't presume to speak for those guys, but having the Iron Cross replace the Swastika almost seems MORE offensive to me in a way.

  6. Get this, I played on the hardest difficulty In the d day mission. It was like two or three shots and you were dead, I played over fifty times and I got shot once or twice and was Pinned down behind the metal X barrier, Watching my side get gunned down every second! I finally built up enough courage to just go for it. I made it to the last spot and blew up the fence.

highly recommended for that mission only! 😵‍💫

  7. It has got to be the worst German uniforms I have ever seen in a video game. Apart from maybe Prisoner of War.

  8. WW2 was one of the best cod games ever the fact that you could walk around with your operator was so bad ass and now 2k got that idea and made millions off of it

  9. You also notice the German MG42 users carrying the gun upside down on their shoulder when running.

  10. Hey, that nazi logo is not called swastika……… Swastika logo is a holy logo in Hinduism. So, you should know………🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🕉🕉🕉🕉
