when I fight with the yarikawa I use the light of victory dye when I fight, I like to think I'm fighting while also disrupting the Mongols psychology.
There is only one way this scene could have been improved. If Jin turned his blade before imposing the Khan and seeing his blade upward through his body and head, this scene would have been nirvana.
I just finished this portion of the game, and it is single handedly GOTY material just for this scene alone genuinely one of the most badass things I've witnessed in video game history.
I've only just realised that you can play this game all the way through again with what you've acquired. Now that's cool. Does anyone remember what they did with Farcry 3? You got to the end of the game and that was it, all you could do was little side mission's and I'm so glad that Sucker Punch did not do this with Ghost of Tsushima.

I was so hype I used everything to chase and hunt down every mongol running. Every Kunai I had, every bomb, every arrow. I think only 2-3 mongol escaped because I killed everything in my path. I still miss experiencing that for the first time lol
After this scene, you feel you are invincible
Probably the single best implementation of a rage mode in any game. It makes complete sense why it exists, too. For most of the random Mongols, they probably never heard about a samurai surviving. But as you journey across Tsushima, the tale of the "Ghost" spreads, bringing hope for the residents. But fear for the invaders. They've spent days, possibly weeks hearing about entire camps, butchered by a single figure, with no one left to make a report, just bodies that tell a story. And now, they watch you either: kill their general in front of them, or kill 7 men without being touched at all. Now, they're not sure its just a story. And Jin uses that fear. The Ghost Stance stops the Mongols as they start pissing themselves at the realization that you have killed hundreds, and they're next.
Such a incredible game, easliy one of my personal top 5. I'm so glad that I decided to play it and that I did it with japanese dubbing. Other that I tried (Polish and English) simply did not carry same level of emotions not suit game's world as japanese one did. The scene itself is in my opinion top 3 of a entire game. I'd love to clear my memory just to play it again for the first time.
It's only fitting Kazuya Nakai (voice of Zoro and Jin) becomes a demon with the blade in the game. Just did this with the full Sakai armor for the first time and it was such a badass moment.

All the bricks of gameplay come together after this. Confrontation mode can help fill the last ghost meter spots, you get to insta kill more foes under the stance then whoever is left and not fleeing for his life can get smoke bombed assassinated. Cleared a whole camp kn the yuriko missions like that and it completely puts you in the shoes of a seemingly unstoppable force the mongols are right to run away from. Epic game

The Ghost Stance feels like a technique Yamato would tell you about and send you on a Tale to learn, which i think is incredibly cool
