Hawkeye is actually unbelievably broken. If u have just ok aim your gonna get a ton of kills just by spamming. Plus his ult is ridiculous

That's not how Magnetos right click works, if it's fully charged (the arrows under crosshair are all purple) shielding doesn't increase the damage, it's capped at 90. Shielding just gives you those charges faster. I like how you say it will one-shot after "charging" it, then immediately cutting when it hits the dummy, probably cause it doesn't one-shot.
