โก๏ธ Always backup/save everything before trying any of the tips below:

Start a new save in a base game world;

Play in a residential lot;

Use a base game mailbox;

We got a new patch on 12/03/2024 so CC and mods are probably not updated yet, so try playing in a new mod free save;

Repair the game (if you decide to repair the game make sure to backup/save everything before the repair).

i got to cooking asparagus reward
but why ask another sims about their holiday traditions nothing happend when i interaction with the sims?
