Enjoy it! Nothing compares to the first playthrough but skyrim is insanely replayable even before console mods. A beautiful sandbox of a game.
To play this today without modding it is insane! Graphics, bugfixes, NPC's, quest expansions and additions, etc etc. The game has been improved infinitely and it makes no sense to play vanilla anymore. I'm currently well through my latest playthrough using Lorerim on Wabbajack. It's so much better than the vanilla game there just aren't words!
Have you had any issues understanding what’s going on lore or story wise. It’s a big universe and when so much is thrown at you it can be a bit confusing
Its great when new people come into the games and come up with the coolest apparel combinations
Are you planning on going back to morrowind or oblivion in future? They are kinda the only thing that can compare to Skyrim
