If you do that, there is no point playing skyrim. Just play something else. I 100% them all by actually doing it.

Max level will still takes ages though. If you reset each tree, the same amount of times til 255 you have to do them each 11 times over.

'fastest way' = cheating
You need to be outside tho. Can’t fast travel indoors
And don't fast travel to populated areas as this skill does not distinguish between friend or foe. Oh, and don't use it when you have followers or are in a mission with followers (like Thieved guild) because … they don't like being fried by lightning.
