On my first run I got half a set of elder paint I thought there was some deep lore reason but nah it's just random, now I use this place for level 1 nuka world runs to get an easy chassis for the overboss set
See this would never happen to me because i pretty finish the main game quest line and pretty much all side quest line becore i even mess with the DLCs and Nuka World is the last DLC i do. So by time i get to Nuka World I'm over lvl 100
Probably wont even spawn if for half the players cause this game is a broken pile of dog shit! Just had to refund cause it literally cant fucking run on modern technology
*Me in my current playthrough currently at level 132 without even having gone to Nuka World yet: "Hmm, I wonder if it'll spawn X-02 pieces when I get there at level 200" lol
I had a weird occasion in my game when I took the suit and then parked another one stolen from gunners. After that every time I returned to this spot a gunner commander spawned right next to this suit and equipped it. I then pickpocketed him and without a fusion core he was forced to exit the suit again. Then I killed him. This was a recurring encounter. Gotta try doing this again when I play Fallout 4 next time.

always found an X-01 but never complete
I found 4 pieces of xo-1 all randomly upgraded, sadly I was above level 60

Because if ya are above the recommended levels here, ya end up with X-01 armor. It's still really good, but they don't have the unique paints.

Actually you can get the elder armor on elder maxson in the institute ending
I got T-60F elder paint torso and left arm, T-60C military left leg, and i'm not to sure i got anything else.
X01, t-51, and t-60 power armor is wild
The elder paint is not cut you can get it in game I have it with no mods full set from maxon

Ok just went here at level 40 and it hd a frame with nothing but the a T60-F BOS Elder chestpiece
