AOD:
for twizzly you should try 3 crit toppings and 2 atk spd toppings (with at least 30-35%crit) . creme bourlee full raspberry but focus the substats on atk spd (at least 6.2% cd). The biscuits substats should mainly be atk speed. This should allow you to reach 1b fairly easy. Try the save your twizzly skill for the doors only (creme bourlee can then focus on the boss). The doors spawn at 20 and 50 seconds.
living abyss:
squirrel cookie should have full atk spd toppings (i forgot the damage resist). frost queen needs optimally 44% cd (try to have a bit of damade resist). The best choice would be to replace ninja cookie with twizzly. twizzly should have 42% cd and 15 damage resist. But she is kinda hard to build and my team kept dying because of the lack of damage resist so i desicided to use burning spice. The boss isn't immune to burn and burning spice is very tanky (helps really well with team survivability). He should have 0-25% damage resist full atk toppings. He will steal the flute from frost but does a lot of damage in return (pls make sure that the librarian also has flute).
As for timing, use squirel ability when librarian cd is 1 sec. frost queen skill at 59 sec and the rest the moment the blobs spawn. now speed everthing up and turn auto on.
