  1. Even after finishing the DS Trilogy, Elden Ring and it's DLC, and the first half of Bloodborne I still think Gael is the best fight of all. It feels balanced and meaningful.

  2. You know the fight is going to be epic when the boss mentions the name of the game.

  3. Gael is the Perfect final Boss,

But my fav line from DS3 “ you will face death, enough death to leave you broken, time after time”

  4. The fire had faded a loooooong time ago and the ash kept burning over and over and over again……. It is just sad to watch man

  5. such a good moment, such a good boss. With Nameless king and SoC, Gale is one of them who peaked me longer than 20minutes on the first succeed.

  6. I would say it a quote said by a hard guy
The hard quote for me is the one said by vilhelm when fighting him

  7. Gael is such a magnificent boss with the hardest lines in the game, its just sad that he lived through so much pain only to die at the end of time

  8. If you like hard lines, play DS2 (Scholar of the First Sin edition) Vendrick and Aldia are basically Hard Lines machines

  9. Top 5 definitely. I think the hardest line ever said, is from Metal Gear Rising: “I said my Sword was a tool of Justice, not used for Anger, not used for Vengeance, but now I’m not so sure, and besides, this isn’t my Sword”

  10. Standing at the edge of existence, only two humans left in a waistline of ash of old kingdom rising unfolding over countless millennia and the first flames no longer linger

  11. They really did the "I guess we really are Dark Souls" meme unironically like 3 times during the climax, yet still made it go hard as fuck.

  12. Just a two nobodies fighting in the middle of nowhere over nothing. The greatest thing I have ever heard in my life.

  13. I take the line: “What, still here?” Differently now. Hits different when all these years later, I’m still poking around Lothric. I’m not Hollow yet, brothers.
