Just adding to the conversation in the beggining when Kayla says the expensive houses are not practical for most people's gameplay, it's funny because I always felt like the average person cheats for money right away to focus on life events instead and it's more the SimmersTM that actually grind for money for the challenge. Anyway, this kit is awesome, I've been loving seeing these buildings!

I am sorry, but I lived in the 70's and for the Sims to say that pack is 70's inspired hurts. The creator really needs to go and watch a few episodes of Threes company and The Jefferson's to get a better idea of what the 70's looked like. you are missing the link between the MCM of the 60's and the Metal and pastels of the 80's which is where the 70's lives. I get everything being painted which was big in the 70's but so was wood or metal accents, and oversized patterns often in darker colors like brown or greens. And the wicker, it was everywhere. I really feel like this Kit missed its mark.

I used to be a BIG FAN of lilsimsie for HALF A YEAR. But now I just CAN'T STAND HER. 🙁 For example – She puts herself in a bad light doing a starter home to test a kit and then ADDING other packs. Or constantly eventually cheat for money making starter home. Some people won't download it anymore. Jeez.

Please don't forget to include the price of the lot when making a tiny build. Small lots can cost anywhere between 1000 to 2000 simoleans. Unless you do that trick in Del Sol Vally where you use the Judith Ward Dog Park.

You should do a no-limits mansion build where you try to make the house worth 1 million. Just go absolutely ham, even having a servants quarters.
My build style is to draw a random enclosed shape with walls then struggle to turn that into a house haha

Did you know that you can use some roof trims as a devider between roof and rest of the house? It might not look as good as regular trim, but it's free and adds a little bit to the build. I don't know how to explain this better, I'm not fluent in English and even in my home language I have problem to explain how this works. Hope you'll see this, understand and take my advice! Love your buildings <3
