In a game notorious for it's difficulty the hardest part for Calli is getting lost in the darkness but seriously there are a few ways to change the brightness settings of the pc itself.
Most monitors have buttons on them to adjust the brightness or use search bar to open nvidia control panel to adjust all kinds of display and color settings including brightness.
I replayed DS1 about a month ago and can confirm that despite it's name it never felt too dark to see (aside from the tomb of giants which is intentional design) and I was playing with the game default brightness setting.
You certainly are the most prolific rapper on EN though, and we enjoy it 🙂

There was more exploring more dying and more boss slaying. However I was pretty surprised that not only was the trap femboy boss super easy to kill but then immediately Callie just straight up killed firekeeper. I mean that fight was so fast that I didn't even know what was happening because all I got was laser blast running towards the fem boy then hiding behind a pillar attacking him and then rinse and repeat. It was a very fast fight and pretty easy fight so much so that I didn't even know that she was fighting the femboy until most people in the comments were like saying well the fem boy is dead. And then when the fire keeper got killed I was like wait why did she kill the fire keeper, so now we lost the sensible waifu from this game……. Oh well lol. Still this was a very solid stream as always and good job with the play through overall Calli!

3:59:39 it's Phalanx from Demon's Souls! Also if you open the main gate and have the aoe force miracle this is easily the best place to farm souls.
Fell asleep in the middle due to EST, but that just means I got to enjoy it at two different times. Made my work go by like nothing. While the Tomb of Giants can be really difficult to navigate, there's an item you can get through leveling up the spider lady's covenant that helps more than your lantern. It's also necessary for Solaire's quest, but I won't go into details there. Keep up the good work, Calli!
Dark Souls 3 is the game to plan to use a scythe even if it's late into the game.

If you equip transient curse to your item slot you can just use it then beat up the ghosts. Makes the area very easy if you have alot of transient curses so you don't run out.
Personally I liked Ornstein's armor although that requires killing Smough first. The Elite knight and set of Artorias are also very good.
Artorias has a friend for you to meet in Darkroot Garden.

Calli is moving so fast that she has nearly caught up to me. I’m nearly done with my first DS1 play through and Calli is already almost done as well. She is really doing well.

Man, sometimes chat can be so wrong sometimes in these Dark Souls streams. Most of the time they offer good advice, but sometimes they just misdirect the streamer. There's usually some people correcting them of course, but they often get buried in all the chat messages.
That being said tho, Calli's playthrough has been really fun. I really love that she pays attention to NPCs and item descriptions.
