The Phantom Pain subtitle for those who don't know is a reference to the Phantom Limb sensation of those who have lost their limbs and claim they can still feel its still there. Obviously the title is for Big Boss who lost limbs of his own.
I still feel David Hayter sounds better as the role of Big Boss; I mean, I'll probably get use to Sutherland's voice, but it just won't feel the same.
He mentioned something interesting… Kojima is pursuing new research. He claims that what they're doing in Japan is the missing piece: an engine to surpass Crytek.

its Big Boss because of the fox badge and also because they talk of miller and his private army aka MSF Army without borders its so big boss and he smokes that signature Cigar 100% Big Boss, also Big boss is ftw and my favourite MGS Character.

I know it will most likely arise during the next two installments, but WHY would Miller EVER betray Big Boss (Peacewalker) when he knows that BB will always have his back? Big Boss is more loyal to his soldiers, friends, and "family" than ANYONE (with MASSIVE exception of "The Boss") else in the series to include Solid Snake. His methods may not be explain in plain language but still. The man did what was necessary to provide peace (In its many ugly forms) to those who could not fight for it themselves…. Vivat Dominus!

For those wondering what watch is featured at 3:35, it is the Seiko G757 5020 Sports watch. It's the same watch featured in the James Bond movie, Octopussy. An interesting reference.
I have played ground zeros on the ps3 and was very impressed, the fox engine pushes the ps3 hardware to the limit and looks almost the same on ps4, the ps3 version or ground zeros will not run in 1080p for some reason, also i was dissipointed i have to wait another year for phantom pain.

Yo the pop-in's in ground zeroes are gonna be just or even worse in the phantom pain! Watch the gameplay segments very carefully and you can see it instantly,which explains why the camera angels are done the way they are.Konami Fix The Pop-in Problem!!
I expect to become quite familiar with my binoculars as I plan my next move.

just played MGS: Peace Walker (and Ground Zeroes) these past few weeks…. I'd guess you have all seen the hospital trailer… if not, stop reading. but since snake seemingly has lost his arm… and he has what looks like a prosthetic arm in this trailer…. my question is… is that Zadornos hand? Or one that looks very similar, from the same technology? Would be kick-ass to light that cigar of his with the finger 🙂

One thing I noticed about the Phantom Cigar is that not only does it go from night to day and vise versa, but it also changes the next day from Wed to Thur. Is it possible that certain events may happen in the world on certain days or you could plan to attack a base on a specific day which could be easier or have a special item?
Btw, this is pc… theres no pop ins whatsoever.

I know some of us were dissapointed with the final outcome of the game and some of us were content with it, but this trailer just seems as if it's telling a different story. It just feels as if we are still waiting for this game to come, still waiting for the true BigBoss story with Gray fox etc…
