  1. What? She absolutely adored JJ but felt immense guilt regarding things, especially the fact that the only reason Jesse died was because he came to help her. Her actions against Abby's group directly led to the death of Jesse. Also, lets not forget what she did at the Aquarium.

  2. Crazy how the only person immune to the world ending virus, doesn't have children with a man and rebuild humanity with immunity to the virus. Guess the writers just wanted to end the world

  3. Ellie does care for Dina and JJ but remember she (in a 100%) has PTSD and still feels guilty about Joel's death and that she does not deserve the happiness nor the family she created with Dina and when Tommy comes and tells him where Abby is, well, agravates that feeling and let herself be driven by the thought of "If I k1ll this woman, I can fulfill my revenge for him and finally be free". That is when she clashes in some way with Dina, she telling her to try to get over her surrogate's father murder, the one she wouldn't never got the opportunity to fix a little more their relationship and use this second choice with her and the kiddo, sadly, Ellie is so deep down that big hole of sadness, guilt and revenge that choses to lose them just because she felt this sense of unfinished buisness and guilt to be mad at Joel for what he chose to do which was saving her against saving thousands.

  4. Funny thing is if she just stayed home. Abby would’ve died on a stick and her revenge would’ve been complete.

  5. this game is a fucking masterpiece, its just men who saw themselves in Joel getting mad that he got was was coming to him. they can sympathize with joel’s selfishness but not abby’s hurt and loss.

  6. God Danm this is a good game! that transition of mood was scary accurate & is so deep & real feeling. Totally makes sense for her character

  7. What’s crazy is that this is the most huge spoiler I ever gotten. I love it but I also sad about it because I never finish the game and I own both of them. is this new😭😭

  8. They simply need to rewrite that entire game. The expected but still extremely disrespectful, ill-placed death of Joel was only the start of its many flaws.

Not to mention getting all of the gender identity, modern politics crammed into it, out. That started a chain reaction of huge development decisions that are now putting entire companies and franchises under. Thankfully things are turning back around.

  9. She could have saved Joel by shooting Abby dead before she walked in that door as the old expression goes "he who hesitates is lost "
