I think Muramasa is the most unique when it comes to servant using other body as vessel.
Unlike waver who gain full control of his body and still regain his personality without influence, and unlike Isthar who got influence by Rin.

I find it interesting that the team has yet to realize muramasa’s vessel is Shirou emiya as the emiya they know is archer and while both are great cooks they are quite different in personality.
