This game's character classes are so random. Paladin, Mage, I think Priest then…Female Sun Wokong, Sexy Future Android and….a Yandere with a chainsaw.

Bit of a random question but, as far as I've been able to glean what with my Korean illiteracy, the mages have better damage both single target and aoe than their ranged sniper counterparts. Is there a point to having a sniper in any build other than the character-specific buffs?
