Mimolette is a type of cheese where cheese mites digest and eat the surface of the cheese. Adding a fruity and nutty flavor. It's usually banned in the US because of the, "Mite Per Square Inch" rule that the FDA have.
Really glad to see Mad Rat Dead getting some love, though not much of a fan of Mimolette (especially when playing it on hard).
