Did they take out the fancy dribbling (when you hold lb/l1 standing still and do groundmoves) completely and replaced with no touch dribbling? If they did, they hindered the potential of nutmegs greatly.

This is a noob question, but if you have a 4* player can they not do the 5* skills? Or do they just work on a % basis? Also, is there any way to increase a player's * rating?
