    I think this demonstrates that good exercise can be a really healthy outlet for young men and can also help with mental health. Also can we give props to the random jogger who saw someone trying to actively make an improvement in their life and chose to say "keep it up". Simply stuff like that is the sort of thing people very often find with gym bros.

    I love how his motivation was a pretty girl (maybe) asked him to be friends and he wanted to accept that request…

    But even then, the confidence and self improvement he gained showed was great…

    Ok, this makes Prompto and Noct's friendship way cuter than it already was, and shows how Noct has always been willing to accept Prompto for who he is. Prompto thought he wouldn't be good enough to be friends with Noct while he was still heavy, yet Noct was sad when Prompto stopped showing up by the alley or whatever. Noctis would have been his friend no matter what.

    Sadly I do Believe Prompto doesn't have any Parents cuz he was made in the Magitec factory if I remember correctly but it's been so long since I played FF15 to completion

    In a way, this episode is sweet… but it delivers a dangerous message. Fat people already have enough anxieties with their bodies, thinking they must lose weight in order to be sexually attractive. This episode tells them that not only are they less likely to get laid, but they are not even wanted as friends. At least, some will look at it this way.

    In case anyone still wondering, the guy who greet Prompto everytime he run is Gladio himself.
    So yeah, he basically survive the attack since he is with the group.

    A lot of people focus on the wwight loss, and it is a good thing. But he also made it a point to be more sociable as well. The helloes to strangers. He was building confidence as well as stamina.
