At 44:53, they give each other a dirty look not just an “I know you” look more like a “surprise motherfucker! You dumped me and that was my villain origin story” kind of look. Then when Graves asks how they know each other and Alejandro said “Know is a strong word” Valeria responded saying “strong words are important right? Our words are our worth” my theory is that when they were in the same Unit, they had a relationship and Alejandro said I Love You and when Valeria said “Love” is a strong word Alejandro said the same thing about how strong words are important. Something happens, they break up, Valeria leaves the army, and Alejandro thinks that’s the end of it!
