Days Gone is an open-world action-adventure game set in a harsh wilderness two years after a devastating global disaster.
Step into the dirt flecked shoes of former outlaw biker Deacon St. John, a bounty hunter trying to find a reason to live in a land surrounded by death. Scavenge through abandoned settlements for equipment to craft valuable items and weapons, or take your chances with other survivors trying to eke out a living through fair trade… or other means.

Not sure if it was mentioned in the comments earlier, but the Centrifuge you get from the University, and the board with all the names scribbled of choosing their own death by Hemlock. Those names on the board are actually signatures from the development team from Bend Studio's itself. So, they are not random names, but the team that developed this game.
Creosote is made from pine sap/pine tar. It's what they soak wooden rail road ties in to make them rot and bug resistant, and it burns like diesel fuel. It takes a lot of heat for creosote to catch fire, also like diesel. They're creating a makeshift ANFO explosive, the same type that destroyed that federal building in Oklahoma City back in 1995. They blew off the whole front of a large 9 story office building that housed several federal law enforcement agencies like the ATF and FBI, and killed 168 people.

I played this and beat it after a few weeks. It is phenomenal from start to finish. The hoarde clearing is so much fun and It’s what got me into motorcycles actually my gta online character is modeled after deacon and I own and run an MC. Highly highly recommend days gone.

I've played through multiple times and spent hours upon hours doing the trials. The campaign story is gripping and intense. I don't know if this game has beaten out The Last of Us for my personal number one favorite game, but it's darn close.
I wish i could men in black flash this game from my memory so i could replay it fresh again.
