It didnt help that i bought it 3 weeks before it went free on playstation!! Lol
I was so disappointed though with it…one of the worst plats ive ever achieved.
I much preferred Alan Wake.
This game looked nice on my ps5 but i just wasnt at all impressed with the ganeplay and story.
Still got Alan Wake 2 to play at some point.
Hope its better than this was for me!

Hey Coop I loved this game. Played almost all of it on the steam deck sat next to the wife while she watched love island haha.
Definitely got a little bit repetitive with the gameplay loop towards the end but the Alan wake tie ins were good and some of the bosses were pretty challenging.
Liminal spaces facinate me and i definitely got that feel from alot of the area's in this game. Combat is fun also, something about a world inside of an office building is just great.
Love this game but like you mentioned the navigation/mapping is terrible, I got lost a lot of times.
This game is top tier for me. Control was my first Remedy game. Currently playing through the first Alan Wake before moving to the second.
3:00 thats why they do it mate. Lip service to diversity by rich white men. Hire a crew of people with brown skin and alternate culture to tick a box. Shoehorning lkke that will always weaken creative output.
its crazy, i just bought the ultimate edition on sale ps5 for 10 bucks but i never even spoke out the game nor did i use the same email address, or type anything about control in my phone, 24hrs later i get this video recommended. like what is this. i think im gonna delete youtube, its getting to eerie
Awesome game. I loved the style and tone. Reminded me of Brazil in places too. Incredible looking chaotic combat.

Played it on a PS5, didn't have any real issues with it. Though, I'd like to see a comparison to the PC version.
