Thanks for the Memories… Kingdom Hearts Union X Dark Road is GOING OFFLINE…Here is to the future
I knew the story was ending, but I didn't know the game was literally going to become unplayable? That's why I always hated these mobile games. I can easily re-play Kingdom Hearts 1 from 2003 on multiple devices [a game from 18 years ago!], yet we soon won't be able to play a mobile game that's suppose to be essential to the story. Let it end already! It felt like it was going on forever anyways.
I know its very not likely to happen but I'd like to have the full game ported to the big consoles

Seeing as Nintendo likes to have the half-spinoff titles it would be cool if Nomura continued connecting the bridge with a new game on Switch to add more story to what X and Union cross left behind
Wait so which is it….? Is it Dark road that is going offline or Union cross? I get it, if it is Dark road, I peronsally couldn’t get into the card gameplay but….enjoyed the story of Young xehanort and how he became a Dark seeker, but I hope that atleast continue that. Like we still didn’t get the full story of how and why Xehanort became the Dark seeker. Also and if it is Union cross, that is Unfortunate because that game is much more enjoyable then Dark road, especially for going on for like 6 or 7 years.
An with the upcoming Kingdom hearts phase 2, they could add ALOT more stuff to Union cross. So…it does suck, to hear that is ending or that we can’t play that anymore. An not to mention the friends we made over the years of playing union cross, in our unions. So if Union cross is ending too that does suck.

Sad about union x because i played it as soon as it came out for mobile but couldn't continue when i switched phones due to not having a facebook any longer but it was a great game. Dark road on the other hand is complete trash and i wont miss it. It was set up as an afk game without having afk mechanics..as in the grindy nature and ridiculous challenges that were impossible

I think another mobile title may be inevitable. However if it does happen, they need do ditch this dated art style. Mobile games are capable of full console style graphics and they have been for a while now.
On a lighter note, I’m glad theatre mode for Ux will still be available (the wreck it Ralph quests were getting so difficult) and Dark Road will still be playable after going offline.

To be honest, i played both games but dark road was too much of a grind so i stopped really quick… after chapter 2. Started watching the cutscenes online.
Khux i got to max story and got quite good medals but over 1k medals makes it confusing and too much of a hassle. Personally hated both the games but loved the story and played it for that reason.

Am I the only one here who's authentically thrilled with no regrets in any shape or form that this mess of an entry is finally ending? ^_^
I took a screen cap of my guild when I found out, I equipped Divine Rose and put on my normal avatar outfit so I could look like the me that spent the most time with all of them… I kept that guild alive for so long, when everyone else started fading away I kept it waiting for them, then they actually came back, and it was alive again, if only barely, and now… I'm not ready to say goodbye.
It’s time to play the evil version of Dearly Beloved to commemorate this loss. Just gotta mention tho, I completely loathe Mickey. He ruins the box art and the sad scenes in every game, if I were an organization member I fenna make a giant mouse trap weapon for that dude.

i lost 4 maxed out accounts on this game. the game is so good that instead of being mad about it , i continued to start over and playthrough the game 4x. a lot of memories made on KHUX. Im 26 now and ive always said that growing up playing Kingdom Hearts has literally made me a better person in real life. Kingdom Hearts made me value Friendship. Im gonna miss you guys 🙁 peace and love <3

I want an 3d Mobil game for king do Hearts that’s customizable like union and plays like an rpg it can honestly be taking us threw the same kingdom hearts story and I wouldn’t care
While I wish the story was the main reason it's shutting off, sadly it isn't. For a good amount of time now KHUX has been near the bottom of gacha games profit, and those games live or die because of that. If KHUX was super popular and making a lot of money they would make more story with new chapter or make some side stuff (dark road was an attempt of that) to keep the moneyu train going, but it sadly didn't work out. At least it isn't your fear of Disney thinking KH isn't worth it anymore, it still is and the game sales and merchandising are doing great, it really was this one game, mainly in my opinion because of the scummy business tactics they had been doing lately.
I actually installed KHUX on my new phone 3 days ago, & I've been grinding through the quests. Hopefully I'll be able to finish before it goes offline, I'm currently on quest 223.

For me it’s actually a good thing, because Square Enix needs to get back to returning Sora to us as soon as possible. Who else feels similarly?

Good memories but tbh I'm annoyed. The content with events got lazy at the end. Inconsistency with power scaling with medals. Putting alot of money into banners just for it to end. It's just the idea that you're purchases hold no value anymore. I know, I shouldn't really look at it like that. They probably couldn't stall out the game any longer. But it sucks
