What is know is, to get car company licensing they to go through a stupid amount of contracts and meetings. Once they agree they have to look at what they are being put in. Now here comes the fun part. They dont want to be associated with violence (their cars bring destroyed) also thats a huge reason why real cars are not in GTA V and will not be in GTA VI.
