Horizon Zero Dawn Benchmark Running On MSI Titan 18 HX Gaming Laptop (2024) – Balanced Peformance Mode
User Scenario in MSI Center is set to “Balanced”, and GPU switch is set to “Discrete Graphics Mode” which allows for balanced voltage levels and TCP wattage for both the Intel Core i9-14900 CPU and NVIDIA RTX 4090 (16 GB VRAM) GPU, allowing the system to push performance limits, and really show off what the machine can do with reasonably loud fan noise.
Render resolution is native at 3840×2400, and graphics settings are all maxed out.
Performance is very well optimised with high framerates, mostly above 80 FPS and little to no hitches. Temperatures and fan noise are also very respectable.
“Balanced” mode along with “Discrete Graphics Mode” is what I usually game with, for respectable and comfortable fan noise levels and good temps.
