This is fantastic! I love the stories and the lore. You always pay so much attention to the little details. I did a biome lost to time in Dreamlight Valley. I hope to do more lost and abandoned places in Sims 4. I looove the new castle kit!
Such a cool build! Definitely go to Edinburgh Castle though…I visited before the pandemic and it is totally worth the entrance fee! I spent at least half a day exploring!
It sucks you couldn’t do that idea with Princess Cordelia’s ghost! That happens on the Windenburg Chateau lot, I wonder if there’s a work around? Love this build!!

The idea, the lore, what its turned into, the actual build. Jessicapie this is a magnum opus. It is a bluffs staple in my saves now. And also I might make it a residential and have Princess Cordelias decedent (possibly vampire decedent) inherent this property. But she is broke and has to renovate it room by room to its former glory!

You're not missing out with Edinburgh Castle 😂 Go to Lancaster, you can see theirs for free and go inside to see the cells, etc – it only stopped being a prison about 10 years ago. Plus – the Lancashire witches were held there.
You truly are a for the players builder! Your builds never cease to amaze me, your attention to both pretty details and usable detail is amazing and your builds are a requirement for me to enjoy gameplay in the sims 4 ❤

it would have been such a nice touch that in the throne room, instead of a throne you place chairs on top of each other. I miss the time when the one who had the higher stack of chairs is the king/queen of the friends group
I have royals in my game. Arnessa Thebe (Cordelia's ancestor) in Tartosa is the Queen.I gave her another child who's going to inherit the throne and keep the Thebe name, since Hector wanted to pursue his cooking business. I also added the Vanderburgs from sims 3. Soo if you make more, I have the sims. A old castle with a remodeled inside would be cool IF I could build…your builds are awesome tho.
Wow!!! I 've seen only a couple of castle builds, and each of them has a total different take. Love your idea of abandoned castle, especially the lore that you included of princess Cordelia.

I think you can play princess Cordelia alive, have her die on this lot, leave the tombstone on the lot, and her ghost will reappear all the time since her tombstone is there

In real life, I would be so upset at this happening. But such brilliant idea and so realistic.
I hope you don't mind me renovating the inside 🙈 Playing it as a teenager hangout might be fun, but I'd love to play this with a big family (maybe descendants of an old family of knights or so) bc the build itself is absolutely gorgeous and it pains me to see it worn down like this 😅🙈😍

Your accent reminds me of Hammer from Fable 2, she is my favorite of the three heroes we recruit. It’s nice.
I absolutely LOVE this build! It is so freaking cool, and beautiful, all at the same time. You did a really great job, even if you haven't been inside a castle before. I especially love how you incorporated the ruins. I'm a huge fan of ruins, and have plans to do this as well. My favorite ruin is Fountains Abbey in Yorkshire. I did study abroad in college, touring ALL over the U.K., visiting more cathedrals than other "important" buildings, but my fave was a crumbling old monastery from the middle ages. Anyway, thanks for sharing your amazing talent.
But, how did I not know that this lot was locked? I've spent a couple years trying to decide who would get to live here. I had no idea I couldn't switch the lot type. Major bummer! Can one have weddings at The Bluffs? Does it come up on the list of possible wedding locations, like bars, lounges, parks, etc.? I would love to build a fantasy castle wedding venue at this location if that were possible. Much more useful than just a late night rave location.
