I thought this was the old family home of the Hawthorne family in diamond city. There is the old lady with the cats and the guy you meet in the dugout inn, both with the hawthorn name.
I found and explored this site while trying to get into the raiders base nearby. There are three Ladies Auxiliary tapes in the game. Numbers 5, 8 and 10.
What quest? I always have a hard time finding it. I found a dead Bobby No Nose in there once.
