  1. I just downloaded the game and I cant even play because the EA app is broken and for some reason you need it to play. Absolute garbage of a game.

  2. there are bundles and usually best to get it on sale when it's either christmas or summer sale. still could be a couple hundred just. not 600. maybe about 4 or 300. that being said there are people that have most likely bought all of the dlc's when they came out.

  3. The decision makings at EA during the Sims 4 caused them to release something very unique. All of the drawbacks of an online game with none of its advantage.
Instance world, rigid building option, limited simulation, slow loading time. Yet, in exchange for that, we get: no online features. I thought about the Sims 4 a lot while playing it. Them removing the living, breathing open world, trapping the characters into a very limited world and terrible simulation destroyed the Sims gameplay. At its core, the Sims attempt to recreate that middle class fantasy of owning a house and cool stuffs like pools and basement. The main draw is either messing around with the simulation or discovering the myriad of gameplay that draws you in. Both of which required the game to be somewhat immersive. Sims 4 completely removed the immersive part, making messing around boring, and the middle class fantasy soon stopped at getting richer, getting married, getting all the cool stuffs and build nice houses. Nice houses are only truly awesome in Sims 3 when it feels like part of the world. This is just playing doll.

  4. Bought the base game for five bucks, hearing so many good things about it. Little did I know, that was from people who actually paid for the DLCs.

I don't need to type a paragraph for this. I want my five dollars back.

  5. I'll never understand people who buy Sims games anymore. What for? Just crack it already, itll save u a lot of money for the same game with the same features. And for the people who "PiRaTinG iS BaD, YoU sHouLd SupPoRt CoMpanIes" youre getting milked and stolen from. Wake up

  6. The masculine formal outfit is Korean hanbok, not a costume. But also I was so shocked the base game didn't have any full piece suits

  7. I bought my mother this game with the pets update. Then it went free. xD gg

  8. 691 dollar is equal to almost 9.5 million rupiah here. Yeah I'll play the free version for now rather than steal my neighbors cash

  9. EA isn't fooling me I quit after the sims 3 because I felt the greed coming for sims 4 lol and I was right. They got enough of my cash anyways.

  10. “Why do people pirate our games”
Meanwhile Sims 4 has $800 of DLC, and a main game stripped of the majority of its features.

  11. “Welcome to The Sims 4. It’s now free but you’ll basically only get 1% of the full game. If you want the other 99% you owe us €700,-“

  12. I remember buying Sims 4, being excited after growing up with Sims 3. …I quickly went back to Sims 3 and seeing that it's now free is the cherry on top.

  13. So this mean the sims 4 will require internet connection to play? sorry I don't have a console or pc yet, but soon i'll might get it.

  14. i deleted paid version of sims 4 a year ago i cant find how to redownload only see this new free version

  15. The game is free but the only updates its getting are dlcs so basically you need to pay for updates.

  16. By the way, all of the DLC totals up to around 1K
EA Deliberately seperates basic shit into as many Packs as they can, despite the fact that with old titles such as Sims 3 and 2, They would pack as much shit into these expansions to make them worth the price.

But no, if i want to play as a Vampire and a Werewolf, instead of getting a Supernatural Expansion Pack (Like fucking Sims 3 had) i have to instead spend 60$ in total for both packs (Keep in mind, the Sims 3 pack is like 30$, they are charging you an extra 30$ for content that should've been included in the same fucking pack)

  17. This almost tempts me to download the Sims 4. But I know myself. I will end up buying all the packs.

  18. Each time I read and see about The Sims 4 makes me happy to had bought The Sims 3. 1) at least in Italia we cannot use it on Mac, I'm sorry I prefer my Mac over a Windows pc with The Sims 4; 2) everything is a marketing, really; 3) I paid many money for many expansions too, but they are complete and having Night Life (for free, this means my cost was THE SAME of The Sims 4 basic for free since I paid something like 25€), Generation, Supernation and Season, Ambition I think I don't beed to buy anything else… so, tbh, with less I've more.
For the rest? Game play online and my Wylde Flower give me more satisfaction! 😅

  19. No thank you. I'd rather stick to my cracked Sims 3 with all the extension packs included 🙂
