Create a living home
With this official add-on to The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, you can purchase land and build your own home from the ground up – from a simple one-room cottage to a sprawling compound complete with an armory, alchemy laboratory, stable, garden, and more. Use all-new tools like the drafting table and carpenter’s workbench to transform quarried stone, clay, and sawn logs into structures and furnishings. Even transform your house into a home by adopting children.
Hearthfire, the next official game add-on for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, will be available for download for 400 Microsoft Points on Xbox LIVE® on September 4. Read more here [link to Hearthfire Product Page on BethSoft.com].

Legacy of the Dragonborn: AM I A JOKE TO YOU
My name is Dovahkiin. I'm 33 years old. My house is in the northwest section of Skyrim, where all the mudcrabs are, and I am married. I work on quests and some bounty hunting, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don't smoke, but I occasionally drink. I'm in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up at the apothecary. I'm trying to explain that I'm a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to fight I wouldn't lose to anyone.
The narration makes it sound like a The Sims pack.
AND EVEN MoUNTED MUDCRABS
The other trailers: THE DRAGONBORN, THE CHOOSEN ONE! /// Did you think you were the unique one? No, MIRAK IS THE FIRST ONE! /// THE CONTROL OF THE SUN WILL BE MINE AND THE ELDER SCROLLS WILL BE TAMED…
Hearthfire trailer: Introducing Hearthfire, the latest in Skyrim addon content…
… that's it?
little skeewers in basement
dragonbron: FUS RO DAH
Shoulda used the home depot theme
This is the least played dlc add on. I don't think ive ever built a home in skyrim lol.
I got so lucky cus this dlc came out on my birthday so I was able to get this dlc right away
Its my favourite dlc in The Elders Scrolls V Skyrim.
The Dragonborn of Skyrim:a hero of prophecy, the Slayer of Alduin and many monsters alike, vampire hunters or vampire lord, the last of his kin,a farmer and an adoptive parent. Seriously, what can't Skyrim do? It feels like an actual secondary life there.
oh dear god it was the fallout 4 settlement building before the fallout 4 settlement building
Fucking Giant killed my cow, so I made sure his death was not a slow one
Hold up is Aela Dragonborn’s canon wife? Dam
WTF
Happy 10th birthday Skyrim
9 years later to realize Hearthfire was a power fantasy all along.
Being able to have your own huge home and loving family during a crisis while not even having a stable job.
I walked in on my 2 kids fighting (boy and girl). It was hilarious. One was telling the other they had skeever breath and what not. Lmao

Skyrim Trailer: CHILLS
Dawnguard Trailer: "Wow man, this game's still lit!"
Hearthfire Trailer: this
Dragonborn: CHAD MORROWIND THROWBACK EXPANSION WITH MIRAAK CHAD DRAGON PRIEST HERMA MORA N'WAHS 'N SHIET
This is such a wholesome trailer
ghey
"By designing, building, and maintaining your own home!"
Designing? No.
Building? Yes.
Maintaining? No.
Why can't I kill my children
Toughest thing was to decide the siderooms. Except for the library, i like all of them (library needed to be filled by myself and I'm not a fan of books)
I finally settled Lakeview Manor as a family house. It has bedrooms, storage room and a kitchen.
I focused Heliarchen Hall (or whatever it is called) on Wizard theme for my Altmer and i don't usually bother myself with Shrines in basement, but when i casually used the shrine holder, i only had items to build a shrine for Talos!!! (talk about irony)
Also, damn giants always kill my precious cows!!!
Me: Eh… I don't I know if I'd enjoy this dlc?
Bethesda: "And even mounted mudcrabs."
Me after: "I'LL TAKE YOUR ENTIRE STOCK!!!"
And this was what began a great Sims shooter RPG simulator, games like … Fallout
Skyrim needed this, because when you have too many items in a chest the game lags
This expansion made me love Skyrim even more! 12 years later!
You know I wish you could have expand your land to build up a cool expansion of land you could own
"designing" yeah right, every house looks the same
"carefully raise your children"
I adopted them and sent them to a house I own… don't remember where the house is… anyway, I'm sure they're fine.
