I know this song has no meaning, but i keep thinking due to the line "sayonara baby" possibly meaning you can kiss having the baby goodbye since it's a love and lust relationship, or if it means one of the people leaving and simply saying "sayonara baby'.

Here's the thing from what I've read there was no actual concrete definition of what this song meant so….with that being said and the lyrics just being kinda vague, it's all open to your own interpretation; if it's about abortion to you that's okay because it's your interpretation, if it's about lust and love that is also okay because it's your interpretation. And of course if you think it's simply about an unhealthy relationship then that is also your interpretation. All these interpretations are valid. Some more disturbing than others but still valid.
