Namco: Alright … Fromsoft … you take this mod and make a Dark Souls Remastered: Directors Cut Edition and sell it for 20 or 40 dollars again. And if a RE-RE-REastered Mod comes out again … do the same.

some shots look really nice but some look pretty bad, like distance shots with the weird fog
I'm a little mixed, I'm not sure if I love that firelink looks more like a green swamp. It was that bluish hue that made it look like an overcast day, whereas the mod looks like there's no clouds at all. Also it seems like a lot of grime was removed from the wall textures of undead burg which is what made it such a crusty looking place. If the walls are too clean and the area is too bright it weakens the impact of anor londo.
Though I do gotta say, I really like being able to see capra from the walkway above, I take quite a lot of time to look around the world and never once realized that was capra's boss room. Super cool that all NPCs are visible from anywhere. It almost seems like an oversight on fromsoft's part since the moonlight butterfly being visible from a distance is a pretty big detail that people love.
I also wish you'd have shown off more than just the first 2 areas, but I guess that's a good hook for me to try it out myself. I might just give it a shot, I'll always take another reason to play Dark Souls again.

I've installed and uninstalled several dark souls visual overhauls, I think I installed this one when it had its first name, the thing is, it was quite laggy in some bosses fights, specifically the sage demon and sif. I won't blame it on modders, my pc is a blasphemous potato (I5 3470,RX550 4GB) which somehow runs elden ring. I just want to ask does this mod have minimal specs?
Why did you change the colours of the game? You're actually just ruining the originals art direction and aesthetic in favour of bland grey mortal shell colours.
Only part i didnt really like was the forest, way too bright and ruins the atmosphere, everything else looks rlly good
