My Head canon theory is that they aren’t Mexican. Or if so, they could’ve spoken Mexican Spanish. Or more broken English. Even I think this Mexico stage is actually a fighting stage set in the King of Fighters stadium which allows some national and cultural themes to each stage. And that all the fighters from across the world come to one mega stadium that hosts the King of Fighters. Especially hosted by corporations and syndicates.
