I swear this game has one of the best stories and endings ever. Amazing how software and fictional characters can make someone feel something so strongly.
I love how this theme is interspersed in Theo de Enogram's boss music as well as Sibylline Road. Love in general when a game has recurring musical themes, like Witcher 3 or Persona.
Dana is one of the strongest female characters in any form of entertainment. To lose those important to you at least 3 times in your life (her mother in the fire, eternia and adol's party) and not lose hope in the world, even willing to kill herself before she lost such hope, and continuing to help others, for the rest of eternity, brings inspiration to me like few other things have in life. Thinking about how much guilt she must have felt for all these terrible events occuring around her, it must have been unbearable. The game portrayed her trauma, self-hatred and loneliness with so much care. The amount of layers in her character is numerous and I think these layers are perfectly captured in this amazing ost. There is only one word I have for a game that has created such an inspiring, endearing and strong character:
