Very happy to finally see a SP Susabi counter.
2:42 i think it's hard to say he can hard counter anyone at this moment,on paper his debuff is terrifing but in practice his debuff only last 1 turn so if the oppoment team have multi movebar raiser/pusher then the debuff can be gone pretty fast and cco cant cover it to his buff,(also sp ungaikyo can remove it instanly duo lasting 1 turn) so i think he can only really counter sp susabi(specially in the shiranui-sp ara-sp susabi comp) since sp susabi usally go with def comp,while shiki and susanoo usually go with spd comp(not to mention sp ungai is essential in those comp),also i think tsukuyomi moon can absorb all his debuff since it's 1-target debuff?
2:15 I don't think he attacks randomly and he is actually attacking based on the action point of the enemy.
