Spider Man 2099 is not really hard to fight, his heavy attack is easy to evade and go in after and his sp1 and sp2 are easy too, you just need to outrange them. The nodes in this fight though make the fight a bit annoying. You have mighty charge 2 which means no intercepts and also he has a regen when you dash back twice which is a strong one.
