This video is a fan movie that is made up of mods for the PC version.
Mods can only be used on the PC version. (Not available on PS5, PS4, etc.)
It is based on the OP of “Winning Eleven 2009 Club Championship”.

For now, there are no plans to release this data from the video contributors.
The reason is as follows.

The OF for the J1 2021 season will probably be distributed by JPESEDIT, but
The mobile version of the PES app, which is currently the official version of the J-League, does not support the 2021 J-League (as of the start of DP4.0), so the OF for PS4 (TED, etc.) will be distributed after that is done.

This video was basically shot in DP3.0. (Some parts were shot in DP4.0)
