  1. I also hate in del sol valley that when you invite some people over it takes them 20 mins to get to the house and they already wanna go home to bed 😂

  2. Brindleton Bay is near and dear to me, since it's meant to be New England inspired and I live in New England. The beach areas remind me of where my family and I go on vacations

  3. Copperdale is the GHETTO! It had so much potential but I hate how the world looks (non playable lots) like the area surrounding thrift tea looks run down my favorite worlds are the eco lifestyle world (it's the ghetto too but in the best ways😊) bridleton Bay windenburg and sulani in that order

  4. There's no way they play-test these houses. It's absolutely ridiculous the incompetence. A lot of the only good houses are the ones people in the community built (for example- as you did with growing together)

  5. I have to really play in the lots to explore them. Some of the lots you talked about I didn’t even know the stuff was there so thanks

  6. You are doing Forgotten Hallow wrong.. up on top of the hill where Vlad lives.. that is where you need to make your graveyard.. Your Crypt.. move Vlad down where you are normally putting your graveyard.. You see, up on top of the hill is where all the graves are already.. so its the natural place to make for a graveyard.. for me, I have set up Forgotten Hallow with the graveyard on top, and then on the 30×30 lots, Vlad and the Vatore Family, then with the smaller 30×20 lots.. I got a creepy style Restaurant and an underground crypt style bar..

  7. My favorite world has to be Widenburg because there's more to do, it's more unique than some of the other worlds, and there's really no bad area of the world to live in. With Mt. Komorebi and Sulani coming in as my second and third favorites. My least favorite has to be newcrest because I never use it, I'm not really a builder so building on all those empty lots is something I don't feel like doing and I never really feel like filling in the empty lots by searching the gallery either so I always end up skipping over it.

  8. I love the adaptability of Newcrest but the best world to me is Henford-on-Bagley. Theres so much lore and all the sims there are cool! Plus there are cows 🐄 in Henford

  9. For me I would have put jungle Adventure at the top and get to work the camping on is a so so I have that one and stangerville I don't know what I would rate the rest on

  10. It would be so cool if the sims team went through the old packs and just updated the worlds and added more story’s and lore to all of them. It would be fun to see

  11. I don't mind rebuilding lots; for me it's a flop if the environment and the way the lots are set up don't work for me. One thing I hate is when you visit a world and you spawn like really far away from the attraction, like spawning at the Onsen on Mt. Komorebi sucks because you run your Sims down to ski and sled and hang out, and they keep trying to run all the way back to the Onsen. If you are playing a family it can be a pain, but if you're visiting with a group of friends it is very annoying to keep herding them. I wish the onsen and the ski/sled areas were different lots. Same with Copperdale & the carnival. Love the carnival but hate that you spawn so far from it.

  12. You know whats kinda funny to me, so I am actually a big Star Wars fan. However, I bought the pack (eventually) but I've literally NEVER gone to it yet. Not once. I like some of the stuff in the pack but havent yet gone to Batu. I think partly because – it was so far from the things Simmers and my self wanted at the time. I am sure I will eventually go there but so far it hasnt fit into my generational game play at all. We will see.

  13. I'd put Granite Falls on really good cause it's so pretty and soothing and I have even just put my sim on hiking and watched it and listened to the birds sing. The only downside is that you can't live there

  14. Unpopular opinion, but I adore going camping in Granite Falls, it’s something I do with almost all my sims, just love the atmosphere and tbh when you are camping in real life you just want to get out into nature 😅

  15. I'm a huge Star Wars fan and i will never buy Journey to Batuu. I love Star Wars…. don't need it in the Sims. Star Wars has such amazing world building that can be so immersive that adding it on to the Sims just cheapens it and makes no sense?? If I want to play with Star Wars I'll play a Star Wars game….

Journey to Batuu ruins immersion for both the Sims and Star Wars at the same time. Literally what is the point.

  16. I do like travelling to Batuu a lot because I love the game play in it (but I am also a huge Star Wars fan), but boy does it bother me that it has no proper lots like the other vacation worlds. I wish they would‘ve done that a little differently. And like it‘d be so much cooler if we could actually go into that store to get the lightsabers and the crystals for it, instead of just disappearing and getting a pop up. Gameplay good, but world be meh. Could be sooooo much better.

  17. I just had geoffry landgraab call me up while playing as Johnny Zest asking to go on a date. While watching this video. I know the sims team didn't add it but Johnny is a Landgraab Geoffrey.

  18. Hey! It’s long but so informative! Is a fellow long time simmer this was very good and enjoyable to watch! Thanks for all the info! 😊

  19. i will NEVER forgive them for not shipping san sequoia with at least one apartment building with at least two units. even better would have been like evergreen harbour with those two buildings with two units each. it would have been so fitting for san sequoia and for the gameplay aswell. given the rec centres a better use, so many families live in rentals with little space. apartments would have been very fitting for del sol valley aswell but i can forgive them somewhat for that world since evergreen harbour wasnt out yet and maybe they didnt have that idea yet (to implement apartments in a smaller scope in other worlds aswell). but san sequoia is unforgiveable. i’m on gen 2 of my family and already running low on space

  20. Out of all towns, Del Sol Valley had the biggest potential. They could've added at least 5 areas which are already existing ones but way better + apartment areas and beach area with a pier that already exists in LA and houses to live in. It definitely would've been my fav city.

  21. I love san sequia it feels the most realistic to me and the areas sort of near me. But it is so big, I always forget about the theater I haven't even "been" there yet. And Stranger Ville is so cool but the people freak me out and I don't want to play the story to fix it, I wish you could turn the story off in the settings.

  22. Get Famous was the first expansion pack I got when I got the Sims 4 (+ Discover University). Coming from someone that grew up playing the Sims 2 and was obsessed with the idea of active careers… When I tell you, I was seriously disappointed… That’s an understatement.

  23. I was hoping you would mention the broken lots in evergreen harbor… I love the idea of the world and I also love the concept of changing the environment, but I simply cannot play there because the lots are glitched, bad lighting, render problems, etc. So frustrating for an otherwise really well designed pack!

  24. it is so interesting to see how sims player/youtuber also participate on building those lots on the games

  25. I don't like how the sims introduced apartments and then dropped them. I love the chaos that comes with loud neighbors, awkward moments and battling pests etc. It's just more realistic that having everyone be a homeowner/capable of renting a house 😅

  26. I love mt komorebi as well. Waiting for another sale to get this expansion. I do miss immersion here and thats why I will never buy it for the full price. I need at least public transportation…. maybe a train station and a mountain railway. first of all, it would be a very japanese thing to have, but also very awesome in general. Another thing I would have apprechiated is just more shinto related things. temples, pathways and connected traditions. Maybe a career for a temple priest? And what about japanese martial arts and culture related to physical activity? Id love a kendo-school with an associated skill? I dont think Im asking for too much, because the full price is like its a complete new game….
