It's really disappointed that Eddie wasn't a Venom, but Kraven I don't think he will be a Venom.

I think at the beginning of the game we will fight 2 venoms one at rhe beginning and the end the first would be monster venom which is harry and then peter would get the Symbiote and then kingpin will be venom

I'm pretty sure in the gameplay trailer, where it listed raft inmates, scorpion and martin li were both missing. This could 100% be a nod to him being venom, but for more story relavence they'd probably just give the symbiote to someone else.

What really makes me wonder is that the symbiote powers are meant to be peters equivalent to miles venom powers in gameplay, which leads me to believe that he's gonna have it through the major part of the story. We saw that in the reveal trailer peter uses the spider legs in combat so i dont know if that is gonna be the replacement of the symbiote at some point but yeah. I dont mind if harry was venom, but its super obvious thats gonna be the case with the post credit scenes so its weird for them to make so much suspense around it. Perhaps they just wanna hype up the game or maybe they will actually do a big plot twist in the game.

I had a theory that Kraven would end up being venom but I believe Harry becoming venom makes the most sense
I’m gonna be honest… I’m not sure who’s gonna be Venom, but with insomniac saying the character has “never been venom in movies or comics before” means not Eddie or Mac Gargan. We’ve seen harry become venom on tv in ultimate spider-man, so that may exclude him. I will say this, and I will give it a chance and I will let the story do the talking, but I really am afraid it could be Norman….😕

They said they wanted to do something new right so fore some reason I thought of uncle Aaron becoming venom. Like he wants to help miles more on his journey but he know he can't keep up so he gives into venom
The only person I see becoming Venom is Harry. Here's what I think is happening. So, Harry's super duper sick, right? And Norman has already tried multiple times to cure the sickness. I think that Norman created the symbiote in a desperate attempt to cure Harry, but just like Devil's Breath, it drastically failed and ended up becoming a super weapon. Everything ties back to Norman. They might be hiding the Green Goblin for the end of the game, with Norman trying to protect his son from the Spider-Men and Kraven. A theory I have for the ending is that Kraven ends up killing Harry, since he's bested all the foes he's fought before him. Because of this, Peter is livid and Norman is grieving like all hell. I'm assuming that the symbiote, after Harry's death, needs to find a new host. From here, it could go two ways. Either it goes to back to Peter so that he can finish the fight once and for all, which is the weaker theory, or it goes to Kraven, who was maybe defeated by the Spider-Men after he killed Harry so he needs to reach out for the symbiote's help if he wants to defeat them. I'm reaching quite a bit, but hey, maybe I'm onto something here. Lmk what you guys think about my crazy schizo theories

I think it could be ganke. I think ganke sees that Peter is being a dick to Miles and maybe develops a hatred for Peter, being that miles is his best friend. This could lead to a confrontation between both spiderman and venom where peter ultimately, by accident or otherwise, kills ganke. This could lead to a riff between miles and peter where on the spot with no symbiote (or miles has the symbiote) where you play as Peter and have to defeat miles as the final boss of the game. This could lead to a riff in the next game where possibly peter has to take on the next main villain by himself.
Lot of plot holes in this theory im sure but still an interesting idea.
The theory of Peter becoming Venom is not defunct yet. Peter might not be the final version of Venom, maybe Peter embraces the symbiote and becomes Venom but an early version of Venom- Peter must have bonded with the symbiote after a fight with an unstable Venom who is Harry Osborn. My theory is Harry Osborn purposely bonded the symbiote with Peter for it to grow more powerful and them reunite with the symbiote again.
I think it's gonna be harry but at comicon I remember watching footage of a question being asked asked about is there gonna be multiple symbiotes and a game developer answered they'll be everywhere so I wonder if the symbiote with transfer from person to person til it finds it's direct match ending with harry

I think there's gonna be 3 venom. For Marvel Spider-Man 2, the first one is Wade Winston ( who isn't deadpool yet in the universe of insomniac) and the second one is Harry Osborn. Maybe for the third game it's gonna be Eddie Brock.
I have been saying it was going to be Kraven since the first teaser back in 2021. It’s the perfect form for this character. A villain that’s not an emotional connection like Doc Ock or Tinkerer, but one that represents our heroes fears and legitimately terrifies them. A villain with no morality, and knows full well that they are not the hero, nor do they care, they just enjoy the hunt.
