Get ready, Durag Nation! Last week was enormous for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, with a ton of updates coming from the developers themselves, not to mention the surprise new Spider-Man 2 gameplay in Across The Spider verse that had fans buzzing. And guess what? The incoming week could be even bigger with a potential Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 launch trailer.

With the Summer Game Fest commencing on June 8th, the gaming community is holding its breath. Sony is already confirmed to be presenting at the event, and Spider-Man 2 PS5 made an appearance in the official Summer Game Fest promo. The hype is through the roof!

Geoff Keighley, who is running the event, has warned fans not to take the teaser as a definitive confirmation of a game’s inclusion in the event. However, we saw the same thing said about the Game Awards, where Rocksteady’s Justice League game featured in the promo and premiered a brand new trailer during the show. That being said, we can’t help but be hopeful that Insomniac might treat us to Spider-Man 2’s second trailer and announce the Marvel’s Spider-Man pre-order.

Adding to the speculation, GameStop recently set up their Spider-Man 2 sale page. This could very well be a hint of the game’s impending pre-order availability.

And if Spider-Man 2 doesn’t show up at Summer Game Fest, don’t lose hope. The Future Games show is scheduled only two days later, hosted by the voice actors for Peter Parker and Mary Jane. We might just get our Spider-Man news then!

Last but not least, we’ll be touching upon the recent buzz about a leaked 3rd playable character in Spider-Man 2. A lot to look forward to!

    I just hope we actually get more Spider-Man Gameplay this time…they only shows one min and 22 seconds with the rest being a Miles showcase…Miles is cool and I’m excited to play as him but we’ve been waiting 5 years for Peter’s story to continue and now he has the black suit! I need more 😂

    do you know why I think this is true that marvel’s spidermans preorders going this month live. Because god of war Ragnarok has also a distance between release and pre orders which is 17 weeks far away from each other. Spiderman 2 will release in „8 September“ this was shown in google but was deleted later from insomniac. Another reason is because God of War and Marvels Spiderman were both game of the year games.
    And the spiderman before dropped in September so i think this is true.

    all I know is we are going to see a lot from this game. Not just gameplay wise but we are going to be shocked and fans are going to be going crazy and curious for the next game. Hopefully they tease wolverine.

    I saw on the schedule, previews for upcoming games for the consoles are said to be showcased on Saturday. This includes PS5. If we see or hear anything, I expect it to be on Saturday.

    i hope peter has beter swinging animations like miles with his style cause in spiderman 1 he could only do front flips and backflips, side twists and the trick mode peter had was ass 😭

    According to my friend who district manager of GameStop they got to play it at a managers event and supposedly the 3rd playable character is Venom and they even mentioned there possibly being spider gwen

    I like how RS still didn’t release any info on the game gta 6 😂 just embarrssing how many years has gone by and game still in early to mid stages of development and not even polish and fine tuning, it will be 2028 😂 and we would still get remaster of gta 5 on ps6😂
