I'm honestly really mad about that 10 month time jump. As of Miles Morales game, Miles is 17 years old according to his character bio. To be fair, during the events of the game, its clear he turns 17 at that point (or maybe he just got the postcard mission on a random day, cant remember, but i think it was his 17th birthday), but this means by Spider-Man 2, Miles will be only about 2 months from being 18, and while he could still be a senior by this point, theres also a chance that he might have graduated already. This to me just looks like the writers blew over one of the few things that people are tired of seeing in Peter, but not so much Miles yet, and that's just him being a high schooler. I don't know how they'd make it interesting, but those things are important at establishing that these characters are more than just Spider-Men, but people with lives as well.

They could take some inspiration from the What If? run a few years ago where Peter kept the symbiote
I hope we get a Spider-man Peter Parker game where we see his origin on how he became spider-man, his tragedy with uncle ben, and him disvovering how to be spider-man or what kind of hero he wants to be. Or even a Peter Parker game where we see him in his early years and see him learning how to be spider-man and how he grew up to become the hero he is today.

i wont li i hopewe do have a boss fight with pete, but i hope Venom isnt pter himself. i think here they could make the harry thing work, because his friend dying, yet on a rampae as Venom, it adds th tragic stuff Spider-Man gets thrown into. still i am HYPED!

i am so hyped for what the story is going to be in spiderman 2 and see how to be the best player for the game and i am super excited for the game to release in fall of 2023 its going to fun and fire 🔥.

I really find it weird that people actually have an issue with this game….
Harsh critiques? More like salty 3500$ PC owners seeing another game they won't get at launch so they want the shiniest version of it on "their console" which will handle water particle RT elements, and a 10000 swing animations. The game looks goddamned perfect and upscaled even from miles. If I was shipped this version of the game, I'd still probably play it 5 times and try new things each time as I can see how much depth in variation there is already now
So Peter is 25? Miles is either still 17 or perhaps 18? depending on when his birthday is.

think miles is gonna convince Peter to take off the symbiote suit with the spider man oath. The one he did in the beginning of spider man miles morales. And this will convince Peter to remove the symbiote
what if peter becomes venom and then goes after ganke or miles family
I think it would be cool if there was 2 fight for symbiote peter, first one you fight as symbiote peter against miles, not wanting to take it off, miles is trying to convince you, you beat miles and run off. The game prompts you to switch to miles and you chase peter and fight again this time you get him to take the symbiote off himself at the end of the fight.
WE NEED GREEN GOBLIN. He is to this game what Doc Oc was in the first game.
I think debating the timeline is something of a non-topic. I think it makes sense for Miles Morales to take place after the first game, cause that game ends with Miles finding out he's a Spidey, and then the MM game has him fighting his first big city-wide threat on his own.
The second game NEEDS to take place after, for MM's character growth, it just makes the most sense.
