You can have multiple heists and other tasks at the same time. Just dont queue more than 1 task per agency before starting a task/heist in each.

You need more houses, a lot of rich homeless people, maybe build a fancy rich neighborhood on the mountain or on the other island. Nice videos mate, I really enjoy them.
I roll my eyes so hard at the crypto element, lol. That is one thing I wouldn't touch. (Also not sure the need for nuclear, though I get that its necessary as crypto is power intensive.)
Looking forward to the retrofit of the community area into a beautiful city. Design and decoration is always fun!

Amazing series, I've always loved Tropico 6 but unfortunately i never have time to play it myself (although I bought it). There aren't so many Youtubers out there making videos for this game either, nice to see Nivaria pkaying it.
Honestly I'd love to see Nivaria do a Military Dictatorship playthrough, economy sure but with military presence and check points amd martial law and all that. Fighting off invasions with superior fire power, arresting or executing rebels would be fun to watch too!

There is the possibility to activate emergency jobs at the teamster offices to prioritise one transport route. Also is your security the lowest at the moment (for the next election maybe) and you could easiliy increase it by just spaming police stations or even better the police blimp.
