I don't know who's worst. God of War or Spider-Man fans.
People should be understanindg of a company but a company has the obligation to fulfill its promises to its customers. They just shouldnt announce a release date until the game is done so that these things don't piss us off. Best of all with trailers and stuff we can be hyped for a shorter time before release and wait less
I really wish they’d go the Gotham knights route and let you play co op 2 players as both spideys throughout the entire story no restrictions..

I understand letting them cook but its going on two years with 0 gameplay or 2nd trailer. How much more time do they need to show us some footage 💀. This is worse than the first game. I trust insomniac and all but we need something soon.

I just wanna see something gameplay related so I can set my expectations. With Venom being confirmed with the teaser its safe to assume that Peter will get the symbiote suit, and because I'm a massive Web of Shadows fan, Insomniac are setting up some high expectations from me, personally.
Despite Spider-man ps4 being the objectively best overall package in terms of open world Spider-man games, Things like the traversal and combat mechanics left me underwhelmed. I personally feel like combat works best in spider-man games when you take realism, and throw it out the window. I wanna do things like skateboard my enemy into another enemy, leap 5 feet into the air off my enemy then use a web line to throw my enemy over my shoulder just to web strike and drop kick them into the ground, or even something simple like grabbing my enemy and piledriver them into the ground from the empire state building,
I just want something to set my expectations.

Spider-Man 2 is done, and Spider-Man voice acting and motion capture isn’t done for some sort of DLC.
Remember when there are so many people worrying about GOW Ragnarok like "when does this game comes out? Where is the release date?"
And then Santa Monica Studio response was like: Alright, here is your f*king release date. So, stop asking us!!

We’ve been letting them cook since the announcement back in 2021. We haven’t even gotten any appetizers since then(new trailers or any kind). I think the food is ready to be served.

im honestly loving that Insomniac are witholding as much information about the game as they can. Every other movie/game/show coming out is having so much shown off that its almost not fun to play/watch them anymore
The conference Insomniac has isn't good for the community. I think they should show at least some small stuff just so they can receive feedback from the community to make the game greater

I just hope Insomniac doesn't do what Santa Monica Studios did with God of War Ragnarok. We didn't see ANY gameplay of that game until September when Game Informer did a story about it, two months before its release. The developers didn't share ANYTHING really about the game either until September. I get that they want to build anticipation, but in my opinion it was kind of a dick move to have pre-orders go live in July and ask for everyone's money BEFORE showing us what our money was buying. So i do hope Insomniac has a good long presentation at Playstation State of Play in May/June
