The Sims 4 Growing Together Modern Craftsman Family Home

This is my first build with the Growing Together expansion pack. It is a large family home with 4 bedrooms ( one set up as a guest room) 3 bathrooms and a family room. The home features a large back yard with many activities for both children & adults.

This home features art by Mandykay77, Evarotky & chicosims.

Placement Tips:
Not having all the packs will result in missing or substituted objects – please check the packs.
It is no longer necessary to use the move objects cheat when placing lots built with the cheat on, however, I still recommend placing lots from the lot and not the world map. Always bulldoze the lot first before placing. It is also better to place the lot on the lot it was built on, placing on another lot can change terrain paint and cause objects to disappear. If objects still disappear, enable move objects.

    Wow very very beautiful home, I'm always so excited when I see you posted a new video I love the way you did the floor plan in this one , your homes always look and play so great, I've been enjoying watching your older videos and I actually seen a couple I've not seen yet 😊 🥰 kinda been having withdrawals for my favorite storyteller 😁 but I'd rather wait and see something amazing instead of a every two days average video 😅 I love the way you had the sister stand up for her little brother, this whole story is is awesome and very realistic,the new gameplay is really good I've been building and watching my sister play and struggling with the new interactions 😅 and not being able to manipulate the relationships like before, even the other YT videos I watch are having a hard time doing videos 😂 so I figured you would have to play a lot to figure out how to make your story's now hope you are enjoying playing and just having fun an being surprised. I'll be waiting patiently for your next video,🥰😍❤️🥰😍🤩
