  1. Maybe the faux meat is genetically modified from cow plants. Which begs the question: if you eat a cow plant, is it still vegetarian? Asking the important questions in life.

  2. I didnt know about the meat wall, but I do know about actual cultured meat. Its a really interesting and promising technology! You can make like 80.000 burgers from 1 gram of (living) cow muscle tissue. I dont personally care for it that much as Im fine without meat, but it might change our messed up food system in a positive way 🎉. Thank you for coming to my ted talk lol.

  3. It's good to know everyone has plant issues xD I kept wondering why my plasma/blood fruit trees were reverting back

  4. When I grow the faux meat I have an option to “massage meat”, I think it’s kinda funny 😂

  5. I found out about the meat wall watching James Turner and DrGluon's dineout multiplayer lp using Carl's dinout reloaded mod. I think it's hilarious 😄

  6. the meat wall gives me ideas. my latest idea was to build a cooking show host's home, i think i'll make them a c*nibal now….

  7. I don't understand if it's not meat how you can get upset with it being cooked into a meat food. It should act as a supplement and not actual meat.

  8. How does the sims team come up with these things?💀

  9. My sim had a cube of meat in their inventory one time and I had no idea where it came from 😅

  10. if im correct you can also use the meat wall when you have a gluton sim atleast thats how i discovered it like 2 months ago

  11. Is anyone else's game having this glitch? – if I right click my sims pregnancy moodlet it completely dissappears, and when I go in cas and exit my sim is no longer pregnant. Half asleep so I hope that makes sense

  12. You'd think they would make the game register that the meat you use in a dish is fake and vegan, otherwise what's the point of cruelty free meat planters? Or is this just Sims being Sims and full of bugs?

  13. I knew about the meat wall, it was bugged some time ago (it still is somehow). You can gain Fitness skill if you Massage it and technically massaging it it increases the quality of the "meat".
Previously if you forgot to water your meat wall you could harvested "Beef jerky" but I tried now and I can't.

  14. I hate it's called "cruelty free meat". It could've been called anything else, but this is very aggressive. I don't want to get into some vegetarian-vegan-omnivore fight, anyone can eat whatever they want, but this seems like an insult to a certain lifestyle…

  15. I love when simsie says “I’ll put it in my description” and NEVER does

  16. Just found this out, but apparently if you have nifty knitting, you can make grim reaper dolls -and if someone is dying, instead of pleading you can gift a doll to grim. If you're lucky, he'll reset their age to the beginning of their current life stage.

  17. I didn't even know those planters were upgradable, and I've played with them so much 🤣 Self-watering sounds awesome…

  18. I can only assume that this was made either for Simmers pretending to be butchers or Sweeney Todd 🔪

  19. I adore the meat wall. Adore it. Give me meat wall over any other career reward item any day of the week

  20. I try to get the grilled cheese one all the time but I can never get it, I wonder if it's only for pc

  21. I knew about the meat wall, but honestly, I forget about how to access/ what some of the things are that are locked behind careers. Wanted to use the meat wall when cottage living first came out with the simple living lot trait, but I didn't want to go through that career for it.

  22. If it was like a substitute meat wall that didn't look like actual meat okay. But this? Gross!

  23. you cannot tell me that that meat wall isn't an indirect reference to Cassandra from doctor who.. especially the fact that you have to water it.. MOISTURISE ME !

  24. It's fun i use it when i play with the challage of only producing the food my sims eat.
the only thing i can't get my sims to get on their own lot then is pantry stuff flour, sugar.
otherwise if you want to be a hermit living in the words. you can get a cow for milk, chickens for eggs, bunch of plants (flowers and food), meat wall for meat, a pond to fish in and the bug box if you wanna (i wish cricket flour had more uses).
but on the bright side you can stock up on a bunch of sugar and so and only periodly go to the store to get them or get them deliverd.
also getting a selling table to sell your crations at makes it fun to cuz you can sell produce like juices (eco), jams (country living ), baked goods (base game) flower arrangements (seasons) and creams (outdoor) from things you grow and make.

  25. I don’t think the meat from the meat was should be classified as non-vegetarian. I know it’s technically real meat, just grown, but still.

  26. Love that Simsie didn't cover the massaging of the meat, probably for the best if people were cringing already 😂
