focus fury vs target lock?
The thing about Incandescent is that you only need to kill to proc it, plus it spreads. Voltshot has much more coverage in AOE but you need to kill and reload first to get it.

Incandescent is best on titans it turns every weapon into a sunspot generator. Kill one enemy then kill any enemy scorched by the ignition and boom instant clear and sustain. Pair that with lorelly’s and you will never die

This was absolutely hilarious, I really didn't expect a lot of them to be balanced
None of this was really suprising. Most preferences can be boiled down to meta or the fact the D2 is a PvE game before a PvP game. However when the last poll hit I was stunned to see Overflow as king as I never expected longer gaps between reloads to be such a big deal outside of Boss DPS. Genuinely thought rampage was gonna top for it's general purpose nature.

Honestly for Incandescent vs Voltshot for me the biggest tipping point towards the former would be the fact that it's always up. If the gun kills something, they explode and hit everything around it with its effect. Voltshot on the other hand requires you get a kill and reload before you are allowed to proc it. Which isn't hugely difficult and jolting targets is fantastic but it loses out a bit because of that for me.

What armor does collin have on his hunter. It looks great. I know the arms, head, and class item, but I am not sure about the chest and legs?
I've got a Seventh Seraph carbine from season of Worthy that has 30K pve kills, that's got rampage/fourth times. those are my perks that I use and favour.
