We can guess pretty solidly what the Gannonforf symbols are. The remaster was made by Grezzo, who were also tasked with making new textures for situations in which the old ones would not upscale well. A big area for this is castle town, which now features various depictions of characters, which are done in the same style as those on Gannondorf's side. So this was an addition by a Grezzo employee who wanted to add some extra detail to the model
I wonder if Dr Wily wonders if a New Paper Mario game will come out in 2024, my reason being if a person looks at the years the games came out?

I knew most of this, but the detail about Ganondorf's clothes was news to me.
Another similar instance of "impossible art" is in TPHD at the street between Hyrule Town Square and the Castle. We can see Rito depicted on the Walls there.
Given how prominent this Hoax used to be I am actually surprised that nobody (at least in earnest) took it upon themselves to make it a reality. Or maybe doing it vice-versa to piss the "Cel-da" is wrong Antifans off.
My guess is a lot of what they were doing for the Wind Waker 2 went into Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks as they follow that timeline.
Hey so Dr Wiley while watching this I had a kind of small theory going what if the master sword in wind waker is just part of the original Master sword what if we're what we're looking at isn't a timeline split but a dimensional split yes caused by a shift in time due to the event of oot, but take it like this the master sword that we see in that game is the thing keeping Hyrule Castle Frozen in Time it literally is functioning the way that the ocarina does which strikes me as a bit odd seeing as far as we know the master sword is not made out of time stones which means that even with the powers of the goddesses it should not have been able to freeze all Hyrule Castle even in such a small area
I guess it's not too farfetched given how Twilight Princess was made using a modified version of the Wind Waker game engine and started as a sequel
As a Zelda fan, I have to say I’m a bit embarrassed at the fact I haven’t played TP much because my WiiU was stolen lol. I’m hoping it comes to Switch.

I have a question! Do you know anything about the construction on Zora's River in Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess?
The HD versions weren't done by Nintendo internally, they were done by Tantalus. So unless Nintendo sent Tantalus assets that predated the change in plot direction from a direct sequel, I believe it was just Tantalus either messing it up, or just deliberately hiding plot irrelevant easter eggs.

So this TP graphic version of wind waker is like the herobrine for Zelda games . the developers just use it to attract fans not add to lore
TP, OoT and Majoras mask are my three favorite Zelda’s
Twilight Princess was fun for awhile…the first playthrough for me anyway. Any repeated playthroughs were just exhausting if I'm being honest. Too much bs between dungeons. Dungeons themselves, best in the series as far as I'm concerned, but the dang sidequests along the way…don't even get me started on the dominion rod sidequest…
On another note, why was there so much hate for windwaker? It's got the best Link in the series. Finally, one who's not just a piece of wood with an expressionless face. I got that game soon after it came out. was bundled with the gamecube release of OOT and OOTMQ. Had 0 regrets then, and have 0 regrets now. Some of my best Zelda memories happen to be from WW, and that's as someone who started on OOT and played the GB games as well
Edit: I realize there's plenty of sidequests between dungeons in WW as well, but they just didn't seem to drag on as much as in TP for me, and most of them didn't seem like filler or being out of the way either.

I don't get the love for wind-waker. It was rushed. It's missing the 3rd dungeon. It's a major grind, it's super monotonous!
I remember having that electronic monthly and seeing that was crazy but I believe it was in that issue or in the following when they mentioned that it was April fools joke. That and a few more things in that magazine was April fools.
I appreciate Miyamoto for creating Mario and Zelda and all, but he’s personally been responsible for canning several games and game features I would want. Like the two extra temples in WW and some other things I can’t remember off of the top of my head. I think he is the one that messed with the OoT follow up if I remember correctly. MM is my favorite Zelda title and maybe it was for the better, but sometimes I wonder where the franchise would he if he kept his hands off of things. Remember like 2000-2009 when we got a new Zelda title on console or handhelds like every year? I miss those days.
I was one of the fans that hated how Windwaker looked at first. It wasnt until my friend got me to sit down and play it did I find out it's one of my favorite Zelda games.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but an artist at the company that remade Twilight Princess created the hd graphics on Ganondorf's armor and the walls of castle town on his own independent from Nintendo. It's confirmed, but I can't remember the video that confirmed it. He just made images based around a Zelda game idea he would like to see in the future, and had no input from Nintendo other than them probably just giving the Ok. It's late at night, or I'd look for the video I'm getting I heard this from.
